“Persada Hospital Welcomes the Visit of the Monitoring and Evaluation Team for Medical Tourism Hospitals"

Malang, October 29, 2025 – Persada Hospital Welcomes the Monitoring and Evaluation Team for Medical Tourism HospitalsPersada Hospital received a visit from 12 members of the Monitoring and Evaluation Team for Medical Tourism Hospitals from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. This activity is part of the Ministry of Health’s national agenda to provide guidance, supervision, and evaluation of medical tourism services in hospitals.

During the visit, 10 members of Persada Hospital’s Board of Directors and Management were the main focus of the evaluation, which covered aspects such as governance, service quality, infrastructure readiness, and strategies for sustainable medical tourism development. Through this process, the Ministry of Health aims to ensure that medical tourism services in Indonesia operate in accordance with quality standards, patient safety, and principles of excellent service.

Persada Hospital welcomed the visit as a form of strategic collaboration between the government and healthcare facilities. The hospital remains committed to continuously improving service quality and strengthening global competitiveness while maintaining hospitality and values unique to Indonesia.
